Collagen is one of the cheaper forms of wrinkle reduction treatments. It can cost about $300 to $400. Collogen brand names are Cosmoplast, Cosmoderm, Artefill, Zyderm, Zyplast. Fat injections are one of the more expensive dermal filler treatments. Actually its probably the most expensive available treatment at around $1500.00. Honestly fat injections sound a little gross but they are approved by the FDA. Running nearly the same in cost is Polylactic Acid at about 1000 to 1200 dollars. This one goes by the artsy name of Sculptra.
As you can see, restylane costs or more precisely various dermal filler costs come in a wide range. Get the correct information up front before committing to a procedure. Don;t rush into a costly cosmetic injection treatment without proper consultation with preferably at least two physicians or surgeons. Weight the costs, you may find differences in cost between surgeons in differing geographical locations. Don’t always go cheap though. Find a quality doctor. Skin care advice is hard to come by.
